Thank you for shopping with Vincent & Honey Boutique! We truly appreciate your support of our small business. We want you to love every purchase, and if something isn't quite right, we're happy to offer an exchange or store credit under the following guidelines.

Return Eligibility

Returns must be made within 7 days of the original purchase date.
Original receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition.
Items must be free of odors (including smoke, perfume, and detergent), stains, makeup, deodorant marks, pet hair, or any other signs of wear.
All original tags must still be attached.
Footwear must be returned in its original box and show no signs of wear.

Refunds

No cash, debit card, credit card, or original payment refunds will be issued.
Approved returns are eligible for store credit or an exchange only.
Store credit never expires and may be used on any future purchase.

Pre-Orders & Special Orders
Jewelry
Hair Accessories
Hats
Bodysuits
Swimwear
Intimate Apparel (including bras, bralettes, camis, shapewear, leggings, and socks)
Gift Cards

Damaged or Defective Merchandise

Please inspect your purchase upon receiving it.

Damaged or defective items must be reported within 48 hours of purchase (or within 48 hours of delivery for shipped orders).
Items reported after this timeframe may not be eligible for replacement or store credit.

Right to Refuse Returns

Vincent & Honey Boutique reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the above policy or appears to have been worn, altered, damaged, or abused.
